Intimate Sun Peaks Wedding

Right Swipe, Right Time, Right Person.

This intimate Sun Peaks Resort wedding all began with a swipe right for these two! These two dog lovers met online and had originally planned their wedding for last summer. Due to the pandemic, they had to wait another year and let me tell you, it was worth the wait!

Mountain Top Wedding | Sun Peaks Resort

There was much love and support at this beautiful and intimate Sun Peaks wedding between Ashley and Ryan. The day began at the Airbnb (Mountain View Paradise (MVP)), where the girls enjoyed a quiet morning getting ready together. When Ryan arrived, we arranged for a first look, and let me tell ya…it did not disappoint! His reaction showed so much love in his eyes. This guy knows how lucky he is to have found such an amazing woman like Ashley.

After the first look, we all loaded up in the cars and made our way up to Sun Peaks Resort, where we took the chairlift up the mountain for wedding party portraits. From the stunning hair and make-up by The Edge Hair Salon Maleah and Beauty By Kate, to the floral by Woodland Design Studio, this wedding party looked bomb! Check them out yourself! This group of humans not only looked amazing, but they were so much fun to hang out with! We all laughed (way too hard at some points), and enjoyed a beautiful day up in the mountains. They packed some beers, and coolers and goofed around. Go check out the fun photos with the wedding party and tell you what you think about the best man’s reactions!!

After finishing up on the mountain, we made our way down to the Sun Peaks Grand, where they had a beautiful ceremony surrounded by their friends and family. At this point, we had restrictions on guest count, and masks were mandatory to wear due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, let me tell you that even these regulations didn’t stop this family from enjoying their day. You can see the love and support from everyone in these ceremony photos.

Celebration Time!

Heading into the reception, we all gathered in their Airbnb for some catered food, drinks and loads of fun. Going into the speaks, your girl definitely showed a few tears, but the joy and laughter showed through the couple…literally, go check out their reactions to the speeches. Pure joy and happiness!

This wedding was one for the booked, I am truly grateful to have met Ashley and Ryan and am happy to call them friends.
