I started my business in 2012 while balancing a corporate job and second shooting on the side. It wasn’t until I moved to Vancouver and fully invested in my business that I began to see real growth. With over 300 weddings captured, I know firsthand how valuable mentorship can be—it was one of the best investments I ever made.
That’s why I’m so passionate about giving back. Teaching has always been something I love and truly value. I remember what it felt like to lack confidence in my work, to feel lost when it came to providing an incredible client experience, setting up workflows, choosing the right contracts, managing finances, and figuring out taxes. Being a photographer is so much more than taking beautiful photos—it’s about running a successful business, too!
