Where are you located?

Tell me about your product or service.
We offer an ever-expanding collection of event decor rentals as well as a variety of customizable design services, including set-up and take-down, full design + execution (AKA, we do it all!), graphic design, and custom signage. Our primary focus is weddings, but we are happy to tackle any of life’s milestone events or annual holidays (we love Christmas)!

How would you describe your work/style?
We love our clients! We aim to treat every single one as if they are our only client. Customer service is HUGE to us and we strive to provide exceptional communication at all times. We’re hard workers, focused on providing seamless service from beginning to end, and a finished product that exceeds your expectations.

How long have you been in business?
4 years this October!

Do you require a minimum spend?
Depends on the type of service! For decor rentals, we don’t! Our set-up and take-down services start at $500 and our full design + execution services start at $3000.

What is a typical or average spend that couples should expect for their wedding day?
We have a pretty large range depending on the level of service – on average, most of our couples spend between $1500-3000 with us.

Do you offer packages? Can you elaborate on or describe your current packages?
At the moment, we don’t, as our services are all customizable and based on the individual needs of our clients. We’re hoping to roll some out in the near future though!

What do you love most about your job?
So many things! I love the flexibility and creativity of owning my own company – no two days are ever the same. I love working with fellow vendors (we call them our “friendors”), our clients, and my absolutely amazing team. It is both humbling and an incredible honour that clients (who usually start as perfect strangers!) trust us to execute one of the most important days of their lives – something we do not take lightly!

What would you like clients to know about the planning process?
To be honest, it depends on the type of service clients have booked with us.
Regardless of the type of service, we always start with an initial consultation to find out more about your wedding day (i.e. budget, style, size, venue, colour palette, any must-haves/don’t etc.).
Set-Up and Take-Down Clients:
The ball is mostly in their court! Our set-up services include a site visit before their wedding day to walk through the floor plan and execution, but the client is responsible for providing us with a comprehensive design plan, including a floor plan, any personal decor, and complete instructions for how they would like things set-up and/or taken down.
Full Design Clients:
We look after everything! Our process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your wedding vision in detail. We then create a plan for design and execution. Once we have a detailed plan, we work on sourcing all decor items (we’re happy to arrange rentals through other decor companies if we don’t have what a client is looking for), as well as liaising with the client’s florist, wedding planner, and any other decor-related vendors. We also conduct a site visit to the client’s venue(s).
Before the wedding day, we create the floor plan(s) and installation instructions and ensure all logistics have been finalized with the vendor team. On the wedding day, we look after all aspects of decor set-up and take-down!
